allow you to go to sleep earlier as well and leave everyone feeling refreshed.
Take a Walk
Take a quiet walk, just enjoying the silence, each other’s presence and the fresh air. Taking some time out of your day to relax can make stress feel more
bearable.

Give yourself and your kids time to relax. Take some deep breaths. Be kind to yourself

Sometimes the best thing to do when you’re feeling stressed is to vent. Let your kids know that you are always there for them to talk to when they’re
upset, and that you’ll help them out.
